While users are granted a free, non-exclusive license to use the live web application to generate and export personal stream schedules, unauthorized copying, scraping, reverse-engineering, modification, redistribution, or commercial re-hosting of the underlying code is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the creator.
๐ฎ 3. Third-Party Game Art, IGDB Attribution & User Media
Game titles, category metadata, and official box art are fetched dynamically on demand courtesy of the Twitch Helix API and the IGDB API. Simph Studio does not host, archive, or redistribute copyrighted game assets on any central server. All game cover art and titles remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers and rights holders, rendered strictly for informational and broadcast-scheduling purposes.
User-Uploaded Content: Users are solely responsible for any custom images, backgrounds, logos, or fonts they load into the browser canvas and must ensure they hold the necessary rights or permissions to use them.
๐ 4. User Responsibility & Third-Party API Compliance
Simph Studio operates independently using a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) / Webhook model. By connecting your own credentials, you agree that you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable platform rules, including the Twitch Developer Services Agreement, IGDB API Terms, Discord Developer Policy, and respective platform Terms of Service. Users must not use webhook deployment features to spam, abuse rate limits, or transmit prohibited content.
๐ 5. Client-Side Privacy & Local Data Isolation
Simph Studio executes 100% locally inside your web browser. Your Twitch Client ID, Client Secret, Bearer Token, Discord Webhook URLs, and uploaded base64 graphics are stored exclusively in your own device's local browser storage (localStorage). The creator of Simph Studio does not collect, harvest, transmit, or have access to your API keys or personal data on any external backend server.
